How to Shop With Your Store Credit

 

Before You Start

To make sure your store credit appears at checkout:

  • You need to be logged in to your account.
  • You must use the same email address where you received store credit.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  1. Log into your Account here:

     Login


  2. Enter the same email address where you received store credit.
  3. We will send a 6 digit login code by email or SMS.

  4. Open your email or your text message, copy the code, and return to the store.

  5. Enter the 6 digit code to log in.

  6. To start shopping with your store credit, click shop.


Once you are logged in, your store credit will be connected to your account.

Step 2: Place Your Order and Apply Store Credit

  1. While logged in, add the items you would like to your cart.

  2. Click Checkout.

  3. Make sure the email at checkout matches the email on your account.

  4. In the Payment section, choose Store Credit as your payment option.



  5. Review your total and click Place Order.

If your store credit does not cover the full amount, you will be able to pay the remaining balance with another payment method.

 

Your store credit is linked to your customer account and can be applied as a payment method at checkout.

  • Just for you: Store credit is non transferable and can only be used on your account. You are welcome to purchase items for family and close friends, but please do not share your login details.

  • No rush: Your store credit does not expire, so you can use it whenever you are ready.

 

If You Do Not See Your Store Credit

If your store credit is not showing at checkout, try the following:

  1. Confirm that you are logged in to your account.

     Login


  2. Make sure you are using the same email address you used on the order where you received store credit.

  3. Check your email, including spam or junk folders, for the 6 digit login code and log in again.
