Shipping policy

We currently ship across Canada and the USA.

We partner with leading logistics and fulfillment providers to ensure orders ship within 24 hours and arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

We currently offer expedited shipping for FREE for orders of $30 and over before taxes.

We charge the following shipping fees based on your order total (before taxes):

• $10 shipping for orders less than $20,
• and $4.50 shipping fee for orders between $20 and $30.

Note that shipping fees are not refundable.

In some rare occurrences, if it is foreseen to take slightly longer, we will notify of such delays in a timely manner.

Whenever possible, we will share tracking information distributed to us by our delivery partners.
