WHY WE MADE THIS

For the men out there that want to have their legs hugged all day long, we developed The Crew Sock:

No slipping from the top down, special band around the arch of your foot to keep that sucker in place, & you'll be walking on clouds thanks to our cushioned design.

MATERIALS

We chose the finest cotton yarn, then combed and twisted it for added softness and durability. We complemented the cotton with Nylon and Spandex for temperature regulating properties, as well as proper stretch and recovery, and durability.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Machine wash cold with like colors.
  • Dry flat (if possible), otherwise tumble dry on a low setting.
  • Never use harsh softeners, or bleach on dark colors.
  • Avoid washing with heavy or zippered items (like jackets or jeans) that could snag or pull the fabric.

    Best socks for work boots

    My boyfriend says they are the best work socks ever. They are comfortable and keep his feet from getting sweaty in his work boots. I have bought almost everything in the Manmade line for him and it's all incredible :)

Frequently Asked Questions

Will these slip off my heel?

These will NOT slip off your heel for 2 good reasons:

  1. We designed our low cut socks to contour your ankle in a way that prevents any slipping. Along with an added compression arch, the sock is designed to stay in place all day.
  2. We added high quality grippers on the heel which do not break or wash off, and that will keep the sock in place.

Are these ankle socks?

No these are not ankle socks, but can be substitutes for ankle socks in most cases.

They're designed to be worn with sneakers and to provide the same amount of comfort as ankle socks while being more aesthetically pleasing since less of the sock is shown above your shoe.

How do I choose the right size?

We have 2 sizes for our low cut socks and we follow US shoe sizing guidelines:

  • MEDIUM: US Shoe Size 8 - 11
  • LARGE: US Shoe Size 11 - 14

Is it safe to put these in the washer and dryer? Can I use bleach for washing?

They are safe to put in the washer and dryer. Bleaching should be limited as much as possible and only on white socks:

  • Machine wash cold with like colors.
  • Dry flat (if possible), otherwise tumble dry on a low setting.
  • Never use harsh softeners, or bleach on dark colors.
  • Avoid washing with heavy or zippered items (like jackets or jeans) that could snag or pull the fabric.

How are these made?

Our low-cut socks are made with 144-needle circular knitting machines for a premium feel and added durability. We also use the finest materials, among which features a twisted, combed cotton.

We comb and twist the cotton to remove frail fibers from the cotton yarn which results in a much softer and more durable thread.

The sole of the sock is made of french terry, which creates a cushion-like feel, and that also absorbs any moisture to keep your feet dry. We added a high quality gripper on the heel to keep the sock in place, and we added a front tab to prevent any chafing from happening against the top of your shoe. We sew the sock with a seamless toe finish that goes completely unnoticed.
